The INCOSEP™ and the INCOSEP-PRO™ are the latest products from Springboard Biodiesel that greatly increase the capacity of your BioPro. The INCOSEP™ reduces the glycerin settling step to 8 hours (instead of 24 hours), and the INCOSEP-PRO™ also reduces the wash/dry steps to 12 hours (instead of 24 hours). Both use a patent-pending fluid separating technology to speed up the process. With the INCOSEP-PRO™ your BioPro190 or 380 could process a batch every day, instead of every two days. Thus the annual capacity of a BioPro190 would be 17,600 gal per year, and for the BioPro380 capacity would be about 35,000 gal per year.

Easy to install. Works on any BioPro190 or 380 built after Jan '07.
