The INCOSEP™ accelerator is the latest products from Springboard Biodiesel that greatly increases the capacity of your BioPro. The INCOSEP™ reduces the glycerin settling step to 8 hours (instead of 24 hours), and reduces the wash/dry steps to 12 hours (instead of 24 hours). This is a patent-pending fluid separating technology to speed up the process. With the INCOSEP™ your BioPro190 or 380 could process a batch every day, instead of every two days. Thus the annual capacity of a BioPro190 would be 17,600 gal per year, and for the BioPro380 capacity would be about 35,000 gal per year.
