BioPro Fuel: Tests show commercial quality!
The BioPro's make crystal clear fuel that passes full ASTM gamut of tests- see results below.

We recently had two batches of BioPro fuel tested- once just for total glycerin (below) and the second a full ASTM set of tests- both show a pass for commercial quality. As you can see below, the total glycerin level in the test shown was HALF the commercial limit! The very low triglyceride number shows that the fuel was extremely well converted from oil (triglycerides) to biodiesel. The trace of free glycerin indicates that the washing process was extremely efficient. Click here for a good primer on interpreting gas chromatogram testing of biodiesel.

Below are some results using the commonly used indicator tests: 3/27 methanol test and the pHLip test. Read more about how to interpret these resutls here. I can tell you these results are excellent, and correlate with the super low total glycerin levels in the above mentioned test!). The BioPro manufacturer, AGR Energy, has had BioPro fuel tested for the entire battery of ASTM tests, and it passed on everything!

3/27 or methanol test (3ml biodiesel mixed into 27 ml methanol): Note that the biodiesel dissolves completely leaving no puddle of unconverted oil. Indicates very high conversion from oil to biodiesel!

pHLip Test Note the upper layer is bright and clear and the interface between layers is almost mirror smooth indicating very low glycerides.
