Operating A BioPro 190 Automated Biodiesel Processor
The BioPro 190 is an incredibly easy machine to operate. If you can operate a dishwasher or a washing machine, you can probably operate a BioPro 190. It's really just that easy!

Below is a simplified version:

12 Steps To Making Biodiesel In A BioPro190:
1- Pour 50 Gallons of oil into the oil tank through mesh screen (window screening is OK)

2- Measure out the catalyst and pour into the Methoxide tank
-- 2350 Grams of Potassium Hydroxide OR
-- 1520 Grams of Sodium Hydroxide

3- Pour 6 Gallons of Methanol into the Methoxide tank

4- Pour 4 Gallons of Methanol in the Methanol tank

or until sight-glass is half-full

5- Press the Start button and wait for the mixer to start

6- Pour 190 mL of Sulfuric Acid into the Acid inlet

7- The Machine runs for 24 hours and produces the Biodiesel. Click here to see how.
8- Return and drain off the glycerin


9- Press the Reset then Wash button
10. The machine mist washes and then dries the biodiesel, and is completely done 24 hours later

11- Return and connect the hose to the included fuel pump

12- Turn on the pump & pump the Biodiesel right into your vehicle! (or storage tote)
